How to make sure notifications are working

If you enabled notification when setting up unGlue, you should get notified when your children are out of time, when they ask for chores, and when new devices join your home network (if you have Home Monitor set-up). 

If you or another parent do not get notifications or not sure if you are getting all of them, follow the steps below. If your child is not getting notifications before they run out of time, follow these instructions.

To ensure parents notifications are working:
  1. Open the unGlue app on your phone and tap the menu button on the top left side
     
  2. Tap Settings and scroll down. Make sure the "Notify me when my children's time is up" setting is enabled. If you rather not get notified about this, turn it off.
  3. In your iPhone, open the Settings app (gray gears) and tap on Notifications
  4. Scroll down until you see unGlue and tap it. Make sure ALL options are turned on. You can turn off sound if you rather not hear notifications
