How to hide my kids apps based on screen time schedule?

Last Updated: Jul 19, 2018 04:41PM PDT

On iOS devices, you can completely hide all non-Apple apps with a click of a button or on a schedule. Unfortunately, Apple has a bug that will rearrange all the apps on your kids’ devices when they are shown again. This is annoying and may upset your kids.

Don’t worry, we have a solution that fixes this Apple bug. Before using this feature you must install a small app called the Location Fixer App on each of your children's iOS devices. Please let your kids know to never delete this app or their other apps will get rearranged.

To install the Location Fixer App on your children's iOS devices, tap on the top right icon on their My unGlue app and follow the instructions:
Another option is to simply navigate to this page: on their iOS devices.

To enable this feature, tap on a child on your unGlue app dashboard. Then scroll down and enable the Hide ALL apps when screen time is over option:

To enable hiding and showing apps on a schedule, follow these instructions:
  1. On our unGlue app, tap on the child you want to setup and tap the More button
  2. Tap the Screen Time Schedule option
  3. Tap on the day you want to setup
  4. Create the schedule you want to have and tap on the Done button or the Apply to all weekdays or Apply to all weekends link

To immediately hide (or show) all apps, simply tap on the Turn Off button:
