To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Tap on the Settings app (gray gear) and tap on General
- Scroll down and tap on the Device Management section and tap
- If you see an unGlue Profile or a different profile (like OurPact for example), you will need to remove it as Apple allows only one Mobile Device Management profile. Tap it
- Tap on the red Remove Management button at the bottom
- Try installing the Kids App again. This error should not appear again.
