VPN Authentication Problem

If you get a notification asking for a VPN authentication, you’re experiencing a known bug. Please send us a screenshot of your unGlue VPN settings so we can understand your specific data to find a solution.
  1. On your child’s device, tap Settings

     
  2. In Settings, go to General --> VPN:
     
     
  3. Tap on the (i) info for unGlue VPN

     
  4. Take a screenshot of the information for unGlue VPN and send to support@unglue.com​
