VPN Authentication Problem

If you get a notification asking for a VPN authentication, you’re experiencing a known bug. Please send us a screenshot of your unGlue VPN settings so we can understand your specific data to find a solution.


 Step 1: In your child's iOS device, go to Settings > General > VPN


    1. On your child’s device, tap Settings:
 



      2. In Settings, go to General > VPN:

 

         


Step 2: Go to (i) info for unGlue VPN.

 
 

Step 3: Take a screenshot of the information for unGlue VPN and send to support@unglue.com
