I don’t see the Home Monitor connecting with the Parent App.

We try to make setup as easy as possible but sometimes difficulties arise! If you can’t connect with the Parent App, please try:
  1. Restarting your computer​
  2. Restarting your phone​
  3. Make sure there is no VPN installed on the device with your Parent App​
  4. Your computer does not have firewalls that are blocking unGlue​
  5. Your device with the Parent App is connected to the same wifi network as the desktop computer
