The VPN keeps saying “connecting” when I turn on my device. Why can’t I connect to the internet?
unGlue monitors usage through a virtual private network (VPN). Sometimes, the servers on the VPN network may take a few moments to reconnect to our servers. This prevents access to the internet for a brief period, but afterwards, your child should be able to access the internet.
